White Tiger MMA is a learning and training center that provides ultimate training in:
Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA, Submission Grappling and Boxing.
Our instructors are certified in various martial arts and have years of training and teaching experience.
You don't have to be fit to train with us, we'll get you fighting fit sooner than you think.
All classes at White Tiger MMA consist of endurance (cardio), strength (weights), plyometrics (box jumps, medicine ball),
technique training and partner drills. We provide a safe and friendly training environment for everyone.
At White Tiger we believe in learning basic skills and techniques prior to testing your fighting skills on an opponent.

Muay Thai Kickboxing  - is the best when it comes to learning a realistic fighting style and getting a total body workout.
You will learn how to strike with the fist, elbows, knees and legs. Learn clinching techniques for close quarters fighting,
which are very effective on the street as they are in the ring. Muay Thai provides excellent conditioning training and cardio.
Sparring is always optional. You can train to fight or just train to get in great physical shape.

MMA Training  - consist of learning stand up fighting skills, take downs, grappling and submission skills.
Fitness training, technique skills and drills are incorporated into these classes in order to prepare you, your mind and your
body for full-contact fighting. Partner training is an essential part of this class. Sparring is optional.
This class is open to anyone interested in UFC style fighting. No experience is required and you can train for fitness,
knowledge or competition. We have a new MMA Fitness for beginners (no experience needed) and an Advanced MMA class.

Submission Grappling - also known as (submission wrestling) an excellent way to learn ground fighting either for
self-defense or for competition. Our No-Gi grappling brings together techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Folk American
Wrestling, Luta Livre Esportiva, Freestyle Wrestling and Judo.

Boxing - Amateur or Olympic-style boxing provides the participant exercise, character development, self-discipline,
self-confidence, structure, work ethic and friendships. Amateur or Olympic-style boxing is a blend of offensive and defensive
skills used in the art of self-defense. In Olympic-style boxing, a boxer uses speed, maneuverability and technique to outscore
the opponent and win the decision. Olympic-style boxing transforms the combination of conditioning, defense, offense and
strategy into a skilled and exciting sport.
We offer walk in training session
for $15.00 per class and $35.00
per week consisting of 3 classes.
Personal training is available by
appointment & priced per hour.
